LOYAL TANG CONSTRUCTION INC is a general contractor for both commercial and residential projects. We specialize in old house renovations, interior decoration and design, with a focus on modern style designs. Our design director has over 18 years of experience in architectural design and leads a young team with rich creativity. We have undertaken projects ranging from hotel renovations to the renovation of historic bungalows and church construction. Our services include defining the specific needs of the client before construction, managing the client's budget and schedule, and selecting the best subcontractors for the project to create the highest quality buildings within the client's budget. During construction, we prioritize safety to ensure no injuries occur, cost control, and through weekly meetings, we communicate to limit material waste and efficiently utilize subcontractors while reducing the budget. After completion, we will clean up the garbage for free, verify that the mechanical, electrical and fire systems are in normal operation, and provide a five-year warranty plan.
