Our services include defining the specific needs of the client before construction, managing the client's budget and schedule, and selecting the best subcontractors for the project to create the highest quality buildings within the client's budget. During construction, we prioritize safety to ensure no injuries occur, cost control, and through weekly meetings, we communicate to limit material waste and efficiently utilize subcontractors while reducing the budget. After completion, we will clean up the garbage for free, verify that the mechanical, electrical and fire systems are in normal operation, and provide a five-year warranty plan.
